...Matthew 28:5 / Mark 16:16 / Mark 1:37 / Matthew 6:32-33 Matthew 6:32-33 Jesus is addressing the crowd to seek for the For the Kingdom of God. Are natural inclination is to seek for those thing that we need to survive and for those things that will bring us comfort. Matthew 6:33 Link But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

The thing he is talking about there are our needs...even the birds are supplied their food by our Heavenly Father.

4. Everyone sees trouble...

You will need Jesus some day and your Money, Insurance, your own strength will fail you. Please my friend come to Jesus if you have not already and let him begin a new work in you.

Side comments not on the podcast

The comments about needing the Messiah come from knowing several people over the years who have had terrible sickness in their life. Some were rich and some were poor. Still money did not matter in these circumstances. Only those with Jesus seemed to have a real hope. Now I know that some people seem to do OK without Jesus but we need to consider their end. That is what the Pslamist did when he saw the unrighteous prospering...he considered their end.

I've been friends to people over the years that battled with drug addictions.

Some have won the battle and are making every effort to remain faithful to God.

Some have lost the battle and are now in the grave. And It saddens me when I think of those who have lost their life over a pill. It makes me question if I did enough to help them. All I know now is that I must keep pressing on toward the mark...to the high calling of God. No not that I feel I am called to be a preacher but that I am called to be a member of the church, a Christian looking for ways to inspire others to find Jesus.
